Donald Fisher Lybarger (1896-1970) was a Cleveland, Ohio, lawyer, Cuyahoga County recorder, and judge. Lybarger compiled several family histories. The collection consists of correspondence, clippings, memorabilia for Lybarger and his family and a biography of his wife, Cornelia Marjorie Hartshorne. The collection pertains primarily to Lybarger's interest in Pakistan, the student riots of the 1960s, and his legal career during this time.
